lol. when you really think about it, Azula dun need no husband. If she wants a lifetime companionship, all she needs to do is carry a mirror around with her everywhere she goes. "Mirror, mirror in my hand, who is the deadliest Firebender in the land? Gasp! It's me! ....... *glares at reflection* I must be stopped." Now this I like. She's obviously in love with herself. There's no concrete proof that she finds men attractive in the first place. I highly doubt it. Any claim thereof is based on assumption ( quite possibly because of the notion that all characters "are heterosexual until proven otherwise", but I digress )... there is no evidence. From months of observation, I've noted a tendency to misconstrue Azula's sociopathic nature. First of all, "friendships" among this personality-type aren't uncommon. They generally have little-to-no trouble establishing "bonds" with other people. But to go the distance and define a sociopath's relationships as true friendships is, more often than not, fallacious. A sociopath uses and abuses her ( opting for feminine pronouns to relate to the person in question ) acquaintances. She assesses people, searching for ways in which to employ their strengths; be it of character, physical and/or mental prowess, monetary means, etc. -- and, once she pinpoints that purpose, she can effectively mimic sincerity. A sociopath can read emotions, and usually quite well. She can probe the human psyche and exact what she needs from the other person, stringing them along for a very painful ride, filled with false hopes and empty promises. But she can't experience these emotions. She is emotionally degenerate. Her words are hollow. When it comes to expressing herself on an emotional level, she'll be unable to... or, it'll come across as terribly awkward. Her actions, upon closer inspection, can accurately be called "empty". I just defined a sociopath, without assigning any particular action to Azula herself. Is it a stretch to say that the above fits her? She may have "friends", but in no certain terms does it equate to an honest, heartfelt bond on her end.

Besides, she's not even concerned with boys right now. Most teenage girls (like Mai and Ty-lee) are hunting guys. However, girls like Azula (where there aren't very many) are plotting mass conspiracies to rule the world. Now what kind of guy has guts to go after a girl like Azula? (And before you say "I would!" please consider the fact that YOU wouldn't have any part in ruling the world if such a girl suceeded in controlling. You would just be a foot stool and a...... thing.)

Spirit-dono: You just made me realize that Eli/Eriol DOES look like Anime!Harry Potter. LoL XD I miss that show...
I still don't understand how this Azula-having-fun relationship is gonna go.
Nietzsche: I'm sorry. Unfortunately we can't scan the magazine online without getting in trouble. But it did say, under the Romance category where they were talking about Kataang, Zutara, and Maiko--that they (creators/writers) even have some fun with Azula.

I think she is capable of it certainly but probably never will becuase she may see it as getting in the way of her ultimate goals.

she's in love with herself. Infact she probably looks at herself like a perv, kisses herself, and somehow does" it" with herself. She doesn't love anybody else. Except maybe Suki who she'll eventually kill

Well, Azula, either way, is still a girl. I think she would like someone who is as good (or better) Than her. Well he must also be like her though..evil.. I think Azula might admire that someone.
Azula doesn't like people like Zuko..Someone who doesn't know what to do..Not sure of anything.. Im sure she would admire someone thats 10 steps ahead of her and the enemy. She'll enjoy the fun of competing.

Except maybe Suki who she'll eventually kill LOL... karma for making me laugh. Well, Azula, either way, is still a girl. Not all girls like guys. I'll advocate that Azula is one of them. I think she would like someone who is as good (or better) Than her. Well he must also be like her though..evil.. I think Azula might admire that someone. Again with "he" -- no proof of an attraction to males... but, again, I digress. If Azula comes across someone who can best her, she'll likely try her hardest to kill that person. Her perfectionist ways; her drive to be the best there is won't allow someone to trump her.

*sigh* Censors hate homosexuals on kids TV, They'll let M&B show porn on the show and keep it rated TV-Y7 before they let them make a character gay. I think it's safe to assume they will not make a character gay. It's safe to assume it would be a he.

^It's safer to assume that "he" will never exist.

I donno, in the new magazine under romantic leads it hints about how they have some fun with Azula. Sounds like something will happen. Season 3 is full of Surprises; so whatever happens it will be very interesting.

they could have "fun" with her by having suitors try to court her and she systemically destroys their self confidence .
