This isn't exactly an AMV so I'm not sure if this belongs in the AMV section or not... But I'm a staff retiree so I don't have to worry about moving it anymore! XD I just got done participating in the Avatar Fan Panel at the New York Comic Con today where we got to present the video I'd been making for them just for this show. Thought I'd post a link here too for those who couldn't attend or didn't get a good connection on the live video stream:

*Karmas instantly* That is by far the most amazing and hilarious thing I have seen in a long time, you have made my night, and possibly my month. That was utterly funny, and made me laugh even to the point of tears. My mother even was wondering what was SO funny! So consider yourself proud that you made me laugh so loudly! I started busting a rib with all the Air Noise mix ups! The whole Girls, Kiss and the song literally had me rolling! It was so worth the wait seeing it in perfect quality. That is so going in my Youtube favorites and there it shall stay. ^^ It was amazing, great job 'Coppa! You outstand me YET again. And...let me say that the Zuko puppet was adorable, his last line was pure. gold.

Thank you so much! A lot of credit needs to go to Pleading Eyes as well. She wrote it with me and a most of the jokes that wound up in the final piece were all hers!

How odd! I saw this video earlier today, and didn't have a clue who created it--now I do, and can't say I'm at all surprised. I know it's needless to say, but both puppets and script were brilliant.
...I don't know why, but I have this strange fascination with the part at 3:57 when it looks like puppet!Aang is swallowing. I guess it's just one of those subtle puppet movements you can only see in a video.
Do you plan on making others (puppets, videos, dodgeball balloons, etc)?

PE and I working on 3 more right now actually. And I'm so glad you noticed the "swallow" XD That was totally inspired by Kermit the Frog and the little quirky things like that Jim Henson used to do with him. I can't tell you how much of a kick I've been getting out of reading people's reactions. XD Even the one who totally hate it and think it's stupid. LOL One of the things I've read that people dislike it for is a slow pacing. It's actually better understood why I did that if you watch this version of the video that a person taped live at the panel: youtube.com/watch?v=T-2vtrO5eCUI cater-made this vid for the live NYCC audience and purposely gave it built in pauses for laughs... And I was happy (and relieved) to see it worked! However I do admit, it does come off slow & choppy when it's just viewed on YouTube alone by itself without the laugh track.

This vid is made of so much win. I showed it to my friend but she didn't get half the humor.
Gah, must have taken forever to make them puppets.
