no XD heart/chest problem
discovered this my freshman year XD someone gave me an energy drink in the locker room before PE... got really hyper, had to run the mile. Ran it SUPER fast @_@ then my chest hurt and I couldn't breathe XD could barely stand
My chest hurt for like 2 days XD ... I got in so much trouble
so basically, I get sick if I'm not careful XD My chest will usually hurt when I drink them >_>

dang you're fast XD I usually run like a 9 XD so 730 was fast for me XD plus that course include cougar hill @_@ which is a giant hill of soft sand. You have never felt your legs burn until you run up that >_>

^We have a big hill near my school, and its hard, but its concrete so it doesn't compare to sand. That sounds pretty hard to run on, but I bet it makes your legs strong. I've heard the LaDainian Tomlinson does that in the off season, and he is the NFL's top leading rusher, so I guess it works.
