i love exercise, i usually go to the gym everyday. i'm not a running person at all i hate it i find it soo boring, i use to be in tae kwon do and we did a lot of running so i lost intrest in it because that's not my thing. and finally this year i decided it was a time i joined a gym and i did. i love cardio because it gets your heart going and your blood flowing threw your body. Strenght training is also really great if your trying to build muscle. We also have a room with DDR pads which most people probably don't think of as exercise but it's actually alot like cardio. Also what most people don't realixe is that strenching before and after you're done exercising helps you with the results that you are trying to achieve. I also walk to the gym as well.

I go to the gym 3 times a week, and I try to gain weight there (I gain weight if I work out) because I'm really skinny and it works

I love it when people drive to the gym , pull up to the door and then get on the tread mill!
