Got a question for the swimmers, how do you guys train to build up your cardo endurance? Do you run and train outside of the pool too or is it's all just swimming?
My team has dryland practice where we usually run then do weights and some other exericises for an hour and a half four days a week during the summer. We don't really do dryland durning the winter and fall unless it storms.
I'm thinking about starting again when I get in college(next year), such a shame it doesn't look like I'll be going to Auburn. But once I get a car(hopefully near Christmas), I'll probably go to a pool and self train in the afternoons.
