Yes but screaming bloody murder over and over again well isn't really helping. You can discuss the situation in a serious manner with a calm and collective way but instead I'm seeing posts with 20 font lettering saying Justice, partially edited swearing, and hate messages against the entire Chinese people. I'm not going to lie those type of posts do not provoke a productive conversation.

Tungsten is right, and if it continues, you will be punished for it.

Tungsten is right, and if it continues, you will be punished for it. Err, I do not condone VP's behavior, but neither do I condone public warnings. Awe....you don't?! ( yep...that's the step before the puplic warning ) ANYHOW.... not quiet sure what the problem really is....not like subjective judging has never been fixed. It's just easier if it's tape measure or stop watch (or target) then the opinion of a human being. I heard the issue about a couple of gymnasts...and here it's no news either that with the rigorous workouts and other 'aids' they look like little kids. And no telling what calendar was used.... Anyhow...getting worked up over stuff that is out of our hands only gives you ulcers and makes ugly. (BTW VP, got to shoot a 9mm the other day, actually hit the target 2/7 shots....about 20 feet away...first time shooter...)

But there is nothing positive to say about that issue. Then drop the issue. It's not that hard of a solution, and it's quite simple.

Agreed and VP, I know you know that double posting is not okay. You're a senior member and as such you should work to set a good example for other members. Your behavior as of late is not stellar in any way. I can understand you're upset about scoring and the Chinese gymnasts however yelling about it will more than likely have more people ignore what your saying instead of listen. Anywho, I didn't get to see the All-around last night due to an early tennis practice. I am excited to watch it recorded however I also got to see the 200 IM and it was great as well ^_^ Phelps just can't be beat!

Well, I was doing some research on Phelps (because I like him so much), and I found his daily diet. I was so surprised when I read it. Here it is!
His 12,000 calorie diet is: Breakfast: 3 fried egg sandwiches, 2 cups coffee, 5-egg omlette, bowl of grits, 3 pieces of french toast, 3 chocolate chip pancakes
Lunch: 1 pound pasta, 2 ham and cheese sandwiches, energy drink (1,000 calorie)
Dinner: 1 pound pasta, 1 large pizza, energy drink (1,000 calorie)

The thing about the breaking of these new records is that there are some other factors that could explain the recent record breaking. For one the pools are designed differently than most pools used in the Olympics. The pool in China right now are cubic shape instead of a rectangle box. This cubic shape if I heard correctly can decrease the water resistance of the swimmer, allowing them to swim faster. Also there is something about a new body suit that can shave off 5 seconds off a swimmer. From what I've seen it Phillips didn't use the full body suit but the cubic pool could explain his recent string of record breaking medals. If that's the case I believe that there should be some sort of regulation over the recent advances like a standardization of some sort.

Haha, my family and friends have been making jokes about Michael Phelp's diet since the opening ceremony. Someone on the news tried to eat his daily breakfast and only managed the omelet, 3 pancakes half a sandwich, and like a piece of french toast. it was kind of gross, tbh.
You have to remember that IF the cubic pool is helping him swim faster, it's helping everyone else too, so that shouldn't matter. Now if he was wearing the suit while everyone else didn't, that's a personal choice. Honestly, I think Phelps could probably still win without it, but as he said "It makes the difference of a tenth and a hundredth"...or something like that @_______@

Surprise?

Haha, he says that he can pretty much eat anything, and it won't affect his swimming figure. Now that is something.,

Well in his interviews after he wins, he seems to do a good job at hiding/controlling it. Although he has had some moments.

Wow, Michael is a Olympian Champion and is intelligent. They should start doing this all the little children with ADHD, then they won't have to pay for medicine!
