nascar is for rednecks from the south who watch cars blow up. all racing is bad. i used to like the tour de france but all the drivers doped.and martial arts is controled football and soccer aren't i'm sure there are much more frightening injuries in football than in martial arts, it also takes is much mroe manly i don't know why you would think martial arts is. try taking on a 250 pound linebacker running at full speed clad in armor an see how you feel. i couldn't d othat for ten years

nascar is for rednecks from the south who watch cars blow up. Wow. You're smart. That was true in maybe the 80's, but a lot of the good drivers today were born up north or in California (Jeff Gordon of California, Kasey Kahne of Washington, Tony Stewart of Indiana). The only people who watch it for wrecks are people don't actually follow it. It's like saying people watch football for the injuries. Let's see you SURVIVE something like Muay Thai for ten years. You can't die from an unpadded tackle. I'm sure Eddie Bravo could kick, say, Jason Taylor's Equus asinus.

I'm very biased in my opinion of other sports. I grew up in a household where football (American) and hockey run wild. I grew up watching the Buffalo teams (Sabres and Bills) but I drew away from the Bills and fully embraced the Sabres wih open arms. I do not hate other sports, but when I get interested in one sport, I tend to begin to dislike others. I have seen sports other than hockey, but, as I said, I'm very biased in my view of sports and thus I have not taken to any of them. I'm sure, though, if I gave it a chance, I might grow to embrace them as much as I did hockey.

Besides soccer and football are controlled as well... There's a referee for a reason. Also those american football players are all wrapped in body armour, sure it gets the wind knock out of you, and I'm sure it's a tough sport. But fighting is still far more intense. Just as you can’t play football for ten years you can’t fight for ten years either. here some footage from K1 max aka muay thai And K1 aka Kickboxing. (and there are still more hardcore fighting sports out there, but I don’t know much about those) - drago, koaklai, buakauw- tyrone spong (turn of the music, cause it's just to much >_>- I just had to show you this one! =D

Great answer, CK I'm not into Nascar myself, but I respect those that are. It may seem boring to watch cars go 'round and 'round a track, but my brother can tell you every little detail of the race: their engine specs and tuning, the track conditions, what the driver had for breakfast (lol) etc. My uncle used to BUILD nascar cars. There's an encyclopedia of knowledge, right there.

i used to like the tour de france but all the drivers doped Don't most athletes dope? The Tour de France tests for more things than a lot of other sports, therefore more people are caught. The bikers are constantly finding new performance enhancers because tests are taken after every race. I don't condone their doping- I'm just pointing out the facts.

I really dislike volleyball (no offense to those who like it). I get major bruises whenever I play, like tiny blood spots on my arms. They're too sensitive.

For the life of me, I have never understood Cricket. But it's a tie between golf (I absolutely destest, for a myriad of reasons) and lacross. Men play footbal. REAL men play rugby--so one of my friends says. I did hear of someone dying in a football game though. The guy was tackled so hard from behind that it severely ruptured his spleen and he died in less than a minute.

O.O holy crap muffins I would have to say my least favorite is... the one where they slide the ice block things across the ice and little sweeper dudes sweep in front of it so it slides farther... I don't know what it's called

Rugby is my least favorite sport but i don't like basketball because I remember someone passed the ball to me and wacked me in the head so I stopped liking that sport.
