Carrie Underwood makes me cry so bad. Her saddest songs: 1. The Night Before (Life Goes On)- a song about two high school kids in love, and their night before they have to seperate for college and work. It reminds me of my last day of school last year and my boyfriend's last day at my school.
2. Starts With Goodbye- a song about leaving loved ones behind in order to live a better life on your own. It helped me make the decision to transfer schools, even though it meant leaving my best friends behind.
3. Just a Dream- this one is about a girl who was engaged to a soldier, and how she felt during his funeral. I cry every time.

How many anthems does the UK have? Or does it total up to that because they are United Kingdom s and they each have their own anthem? Or is this just England, and if so, same question? Just curious about this that's all.

Just curious about this that's all. GB national anthems are God save our Gracious queen (England) Rule Britaannia Oh Flower of Scotland (Scotland) Land of Hope and Glory I vow to thee my country (Whales) Jerusalem I don't know what the Irish national anthem is... We have loads more national anthems because we Great Britain only country in the world with Great in the title

Okay, before I put in my two cents, I have to correct some people: The song by Eric Clapton is not "If I Saw You in Heaven," it is called "Tears in Heaven." And if you knew the story behind it, you'd cry even harder. That said, it is a very heart-wrenching song. And one on my list.
Others:
"Love of My Life" -- Queen "Adagio for Strings -- Composed by Samuel Barber "Rhapsody in Blue" -- Composed by George Gershwin "Clair de lune: Andante tres expressif" from Suite bergamasque -- Composed by Claude Debussy "Love, Reign O'er Me" -- The Who "Never Get Over You" -- George Harrison "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" (acoustic) -- The Beatles

Okay, I have a few shares myself: 1. My Immortal--Evanescence 2. Hello--Evanescence 3. Aaron II--the scene in the Lucario film where Aaron gives his Aura to Mew. 4. Wakare, Lucario--the scene where Lucario dies. 5. Darkrai he no Omo--I am so tempted to give it away, but I can't. Sorry guys. Wait until...March...lol...I'm not kidding.... 6. Over the Distance--Hitomi Yaida. Trust me, even though I never cried, I got a sad image in my head.

That's the one about his daughter, right? It was his son, actually. I might as well post the story behind it. Set the Time Circuits to March 20, 1991 at 11:00 AM. The place: New York City. Meet Conor Clapton, Eric's four-year-old son. He's just like any other four-year-old child, except that his parents are a model and one of the greatest blues guitarists of the 20th century. He lives in an apartment on the 53rd floor of a high-rise apartment complex. He goes up to a window, probably to take a look at the view. He leans up against the glass only to discover that there is no glass. He falls out and lands on the roof of a 4-story building. Died on impact. A very sad tale, indeed and, coming off the recent death of Stevie Ray Vaughan, it was one of several dark times in Clapton's life. While working on music for the film Rush, he told his co-writer Will Jennings that he wanted to write a song about Conor. And that became "Tears in Heaven." The More You Know.

I was looking through an old AMV folder on my computer and found one I'd almost forgotten about: *Trigun spoilers* www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUJSqlATRd8The song is Angel by Sarah McLachlan. The song itself is sad enough, but with the added clips... well, if you've seen Trigun, you'll know. It still gets me after all this time...
