Have you guys heard of The Princess and the Pauper by Kate Brian? It's kind of a modern-day Prince and the Pauper.

I haven't, do you think that's a good one to read for the club?

I definitely want to. I started reading a book called "Strays" that is really great. It's about a kid whose parents died and now he's living in a foster home. I think it's a toss up between those two.
So, the choices are: Princess and the Pauper or Strays

Both sound pretty interesting to me. We can read both, in my opinion...Strays up first?

Welcome to the Book Club! *throws confetti*
I think that we'll have to go with Princess and the Pauper because Strays seems really hard to find. Gamegeek and I looked at a couple of places and couldn't find it anywhere.

Welcome lacross! I agree with ZG-I can get Strays off of Amazon, but it'd probably be easier right now to do Princess and the Pauper.

Okay, so how about we all read Princess and the Pauper by Kate Brian and we'll have the discussion in a couple of weeks? Is that alright with everyone?

Alright then. I guess we're reading Princess and the Pauper by Kate Brian and we'll discuss it on June 10.

I just ordered my copy off of Amazon because ZG and I only found one copy at the bookstore we went to. I'm not sure if I'll get it in time to have it read by June 10th, but I'll try!
