When I was 8 when I first got Pokemon Red, I used my Master Ball on a Pikachu.

It is possible to catch anything with a Pokeball. It is just very hard.

LOL! I would've done that too. I know someone who wasted their Master Ball on a Wingull once, and tried to catch Groudon with a Pokeball. No, I caught a Golbat with the Masterball, not the Wingull ;D...and I screwed up again, catching something else with a Masterball, but not too bad a deal... It just takes a long time and tons of balls to catch the legendaries with regular balls...I prefer the ultra balls for that, but regular works, too...

No, it was a boy at my school who did that. I saw him do it by accident, he clicked the wrong thing. I did it on purpose... I was sick and tired of them bat things...but we caught Kyogre anyhow, and Rayquaza...

I have a shiny wobafet (sp?) in my fire red game, me and my friend (who was watching me play) were so excited we swiched it to my first pokemon to fight with it, but then the pokemon that appeared was another wobafett (sp?), ugghhh, word of advice never let 2 wobafett (sp?) fight each other, it must of take 15 minutes, i think I ended up catching it instead of just killing it.

Just wondering, have any of you ever found a shiny Pokemon? I haven't ever since they started appearing in G/S. 5 years of playing and not one... (Gyarados doesn't count) The only shiny I've ever seen was the Poochyena you have to kill at the beginning of the game. Gawd, that was horrible...

Not in the R/S/E/FR/LG generation. They have the same IV probabilities as normal Pokémon (though I really should train my Shiny Diglett and Rhyhorn anyway).
