Gizel and Lord Godwin are pretty evil...they come in a close second for me,personally I think that Luca Blight from Suikoden II is my first. The Godwin's really planned their crao out which is awesome but with Blight, although he had a dang good strategist on his side he still just went around and slaughtered people and wiped out whole villages for kicks. That's pretty evil....barbaric...and evil. I would rather die as the result of a well thought out plan than randomly told by some royal guy to get down on all fours and act like a pig only to be laughed at and slashed in half.

the prophet of truth from the halo series was a good villian i just wish you could fight him in halo 3 like you could with the prophet of regret in halo 2.

Ganondorf from the Zelda Series... he's the coolest villain ever. =3
however, I also like Lehran (AKA Sephiran, but I like the name Lehran better though) from Radiant Dawn...
of course, Lehran isn't the best villain, but he certainly is one of the coolest (and "coolest" and "best" are two different things)
"when all the clues fit together, the mastermind turns out to be the last person you'd expect" it is because of that phrase that Lehran rocks.

well, there are a bunch of choices on the list, and there are plenty of villains not there... (heck, Tabuu from Smash Bros. Brawl isn't there...) maybe there just wasn't enough room. ~Ty Lee~

Can the LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSTS be edited? ( I just like stretching words.) The options in the list unfortunately cannot be edited however there is an "other" option so if you have a villain not on there, you can just post which villain your choice is. @ck: Care to explain your reasoning?

Zues from god of war 2. How can the greek king of the gods not be the best villain. I guess you can say you play as the villain, but if you do kratos is still more epic than any of those villains.

I picked Ridley, for his AWESOMEness and for his reoccurring-ness.

I pick Bowser because the Mario games are some of the few that I play. And I like how he always tries to steal Peach.

Bowser, and other such undeveloped characters are cop out answers for people who don't play enough video games.
Albedo on the other hand, kicks some serious a**.
Edit: Don't bypass the swearfilter.

True, Bowser is so boring as far as story goes.
BTW, you can't hate lady grey on the original fable. I think she's the only semi-developed evil female in gaming history that you can sleep with, but don't have to.

I have to go with this guy: That's right, from Conker's Bad Fur Day, the Great Mighty Poo. I dare you to think of anything scarier than an operatic pile of excrement.
