LOL! Max the dog XD The logo gets in the way of some things. Whats worse, its usueally the thing you want to see the most. The only time I really remeber Ash loseing and it being good was with the fight with Brock the 1st time they met. It was so insperational when Pikachu refused the Thunder Stone. *wipes away tear* and he rarely used old pokemon too, right? I remeber him bringing back Charazard (I think I messed up on that spelling) once. He offered Pikachu the thunderstone to beat Lt. Surge...

Not having seen it in Japanese, I have no problem with how they pronounce anything in the dub. Anyway, I thought the episode was pretty amusing, though it also seemed sort of sped up, like characters were all talking slightly faster than usual. I really liked Brock standing there with his cup of coffee watching Dawn at the start. Kind of reminds me that he's older than the others, and also, having been a gym leader, well he always seems to know more than his companions. But he can be immature in his own way, so one can forget these things. In a way though I think he's sort of like an uncle to Ash and whoever else he's travelling with at any time. You know, not exactly an Iroh sort of uncle, but still... Also Ash and Brock seemed to act more like friends to Dawn than usual. What I mean is, in any given season, I don't necessarily often get the impression that the people travelling together are really friends, per se, even if they all care about one another because they're... well, travelling companions. I dunno if I'm making any sense or not.... What else? It was also interesting to see Dawn release the pokemon. I don't think I've ever really seen anyone do that before. Is there a button on the pokeball that releases its permanent hold on a pokemon, or what? This may be something I should write about in the SNAP section of my site.... Pimpin' my gallery: Okay, caps from this ep are numbered 47-54. In the first, I'd say Dawn kind of resembles a Scyther. Except, you know, with better legs. 48 is cute. 49-50, nice legs again. 51a-51d, my fave caps from the ep, possibly even my fave Dawn caps so far in the series. Tough call. 52-54, meh. Not bad (or else I wouldn't have put them in teh gallery, of course). Not really special either, though.

It kind of irks me on how many Pokemon are being released. How many are there now... about 400? Makes you wonder how the new Pokerap will sound... if there will be a new Pokerap.
Yeah, I haven't watched any Japanese episodes of Diamond/Pearl... but it would be really awesome. Do you watch episodes on Youtube or something?

Shock Wave: I really hope its a leotard @.@ Thats just wrong. But I guess it could be worse. At least its not a thong or something!!!! HOMIGOWD!!!! Yay Deviantart! Luv the pics, BTW. You mean the blond haired kid? I dont get why he is not in the serese. Youtube has been removing everything recentally ;-; Why is it that in the TV show the Pokemon say there names, but in the games they make Animal-like noises?

Nice drawings, Shock Wave. katie, I don't know if the handheld game technology would support proper pokemon languages. Or maybe they just didn't want to pay VAs...

Most likely, but it seems more like the show should give them animal-like noises. They are animal like in appearance. But I guess then its easier to remember the names of them if they are constitutionally saying them.

Haven't seen today's ep yet. Always airs while I'm at work, so. Tomorrow morning, I suppose. Or actually this morning, if you want to be technical, but I haven't gone to bed yet. anyway, i like pikachu in the Yellow game. He does actually rather talk like himself in that one. Or itself, whatever. And I did like J. At first I thought, is she with Team Galaxy or whatever it is going to be this season? But she did seem more independent. Except for having a whole team of people working for her and tons of incredibly expensive stuff... But hey, even Jessie, James, and Meowth manage to have things they shouldn't be able to afford, considering half the time they're starving. Well, doubtless I'm forgetting some things I wanted to say. I'm sure I predicted several things during the episode, which I always enjoy doing...

Okay, just watched yesterday's episode. It was fun, starting with Team Rocket singing the title, which of course is based on a Beatles song. Then, I've always found it a bit amusing/odd in the games when they sort of act like it is a game. I mean like when you get running shoes and the instructions say to press the b button, it's like... if it were real life, that wouldn't even make sense. So I thought it was also funny to see a show with an obvious reference to the games, because in the games you can press the B button to stop a pokemon from evolving, and here's a group called the B Button League that doesn't evolve their pokemon. I just hope they don't make Feebas too beautiful, considering how it evolves. And another funny thing was how Meowth said, "one click on the remote... wee." Because it looks like a Wii remote.

Shock Wave: @.@ Ewwwww, nothing at all. Bad thoughts! I was thinking like, for EX, bird sounds for Staravia and Penguin sounds for Piplup, maby. Are they just planing to cover her up with Logos?! Wow. Thats scary and cool at the same time. I never am able to catch it anymore >.< Its not fair ;-;

Well, this episode was amusing. I even thought it was funny when Ash slipped on the banana peel, and that gag's so old it's never funny. Plus, I saw it coming the second time, and it was still reasonably amusing. It really was funny that Team Rocket forgot they weren't stealing the fruit, but I feel bad for them not getting to keep it, anyway. As Dawn said, they're so weird. I almost thought Aipom actually would leave with them, that'd be interesting. I also thought it would've been interesting to see Zoey in this episode, so she could react to Jessie battling with Aipom.

Well, today I watched yesterday's ep. Which was okay. Made one cap of Jessie and two of Dawn. And met a new pokemon, Bidoof. Which just looking at I could tell is probably a normal type (which Wikipedia confirmed), but I would think they'd have to be able to use some water type moves. Didn't see any of them use any attacks at all, though. I'd think if they can do water attacks they shouldn't worry about Steelix too much. But I dunno. Oh, also enjoyed Brock using the term "super potion," which I don't recall him ever calling his medicine before. Speaking of Brock... well you know, I make caps of older stuff I watch on Toonami Jetstream as well as the new stuff on Cartoon Network. And earlier this week I made a cap of Brock and Sudowoodo (not for my gallery, of course, since guys only get in there if they happen to be near cute girls). But... I just made this cap because it's funny... and it's funny because it is perhaps the single most disturbing image in the history of Pokemon(I hesitate to post this link in a forum where it can be seen by little kids, but on the other hand, little kids could easily watch it in the show anyway.) P.S. Can anyone tell me how you hide text here?
