Johto was okay...I mean, I only liked it for that Lance dude ^_^ Anyway, Ho-Oh IS the Pokemon God. He's always mentioned, even in Hoenn. He probably created Rayquaza, Kyogre, and all those other Pokemon in Hoenn. (: But you're right, Kaneda. They do drop the good Pokemon for a new set. But I hope Diamond and Pearl's legendaries are awesome, the trio should be dragons this time. One could be based on eastern dragons, one could be based on western...and the other...Hm. I dunno! Or they could be based on people/fairies or something.... Alright, I'll stop being a Pokedork now.

i wish they would just play kanto season for one year so i can remember al the good times. Oh well...
They should to a pokemon game for the DS, battle on top screen, menu on bottom. But it would only have the first set of pokemon, bosses, etc. That would be awesome.

I used to be in flipppin LOVE with Ash... to me, he was the best thing since sliced bread... I used to watch Pokemon every day! it was THE BEST... I collected the movies, and trading cards... i was a little over obsessed... xD than came Yu-gi-oh, and I was a major Duel person... LMAO! Then Avatar... (Awesome) Then Naruto... Sasuke is the only one who can take away Ash's place in my heart! "My heart of choosing between two cartoon characters" as my mom would put it... she just doesn't appreciate things like I do. For all we know, anime and manga could just all vanish one day... atleast I'll have memories! I think I actually still have some Pokemon cards with me... well, it was awesome, but Kaneda I agree, They got rid of the best of the origional characters! How dare they!? It ruined it a bit for me... but I still watch it sometimes...

I used to watch Pokemon, and then I was sorta like...I don't like it anymore...and then...I love this show... it's pretty much been like that, and then I just stopped liking it all together. But I remember when I was in first grade, I used to play Pokemon on the playground, and then they wouldn't allow us to bring the cards to school because some big guys were tricking little guys into trading really good cards for weak ones and then I was sad, and....I remember giving all my cards to my sister except one...can anyone tell me which one? I will give you a karma if you get it right.

I like pokemon, of course, it would never be as good as before, but I watch on a few saturdays. I think Misty should reappear though. There needs to be at least some real romance on the show.

I remember being obbsesed with it when it first came out. I had the cards, the game, some videos and even some toys. But after the second movie the show started to suck. I still love the orginal movies and season but I'm not a diehard fan anymore.

The first season was my favorite. I have most of it on video. The first movie was my favorite too, probably because mew and mewtwo are some of my favorite pokemon. The anime now is getting way too repetetive. They have things happen that I swear happened in the first season already, like getting trapped in a haunted mansion with a ghost pokemon. I still watch it though. And you're right kaneda. There is only one of each legendary pokemon and they can't have trainers. The anime messed that up. I still think the movies are really good though. I like the games alot, though I prefer the original red/blue/yellow for some reason. Maybe because they were like the first games i ever played or because that was when pokemon was still sweet and simple. I also know this really cool glitch in red/blue/yellow that lets you catch a mew. I did it and you don't need gameshark or anything like that. Anyone want to know it?

I remember that Mew glitch; it actually opened the gateway to many more different glitches.
I'm excited that Pokémon will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in about two weeks. In celebration, Nintendo is going on a 24 city mall tour. There is known to be a videogame tournament and a legendary (Mew or Celebi?) download, while there could definitely be game demos (of both the TCG and videogames) and possible screenings of the eighth movie. Go to Pokemon.com for info on that.

I think the movies are really good. Pokemon would be so much better if the series was like the movies. What really bugs me about pokemon is ash always gets rid of my favorite pokemon. Like butterfree, haunter, bulbasaur, squirtle and charizard. plus many other. And he let his pidgeot go! Pidgeot are one of my favorite pokemon and i was waiting forever for his to evolve. And when it finally does he lets it stay in the stupid forest. How does ash win so many battles when he lets all his strong pokemon go and only keeps weak ones that never seem to evolve?

I agree that he shouldn't have parted with those awesome pokemon, but the evolving thing was kindof the point. They were trying to say that he doesn't want his pokemon to evolve, they learn more when they don't evolve, etc.
