I think some people just like overanalyze it. Kinda like you guys. I am so looking forward to the little fight over Troy, lol, between Gabriella and Sharpay. What's going to be so sad watching this is knowing that I have to go back to school the next monday, lol, It premeres August 17th, and I go back to school August 13th.

Over analyzing it would be them complaining about them breaking out randomly in song in the middle of a cafeteria. At least IMO.
And it seems to me that Sharpay is too in love with herself to pay enough attention to Troy. Although that might be over analyzation occurring because of the the fact I was forced to watch 400 times every time I babysat these kids...

Now we'll have to deal with overadvertising the movie and having it play every day.

Um, guys, if you don't like it, why do enjoy talking about how it's "crap". I mean I have seen most of the stuff that happens in these movies happen everyday in my highschool. Its plain and simple. Highschool is overdramtic. So IMO Highschool Musical hits the nail on the head! lol. It's still about the same kids, and the they are in highschool! Omg, I have never heard so many people complaining about one movie. When I don't like a movie I don't just don't sit around and diss, I just let it go. That's what you people need to do, let it go, and stay out of this thread if you don't freakin' like it! I'm sick of hearing you diss it!

Ehhhhhh. I'm not a fan of stereotypical high school scenarios. I'm glad that mines is over. (Not to say I was exactly a stereotypical high school figure. : / ) I guess I just don't like how they over stereotypicalize every high school in shows llike Degrassi and the South of Nowhere. I'm not saying that some of that stuff didn't happen to me... Actually, now that I think about it, only two of the stereotypical high school scenarios happened to me, and I said "no" to one of them and I refused to fight back with the second one. IMO, shows like this make all teenagers seem like their whole goal in highschool is to land a date with the most popular guy/girl in school, or that they all of them were asked to do drugs and that stuff. But I guess when you think about it, all real life students are in their own "groups." I was along the line of the Anime Kid/outcast class in high school. But I kinda don't wanna say I conformed with the rest of the girls in my school.....Mainly cuz I didn't. In my whole highschool career, I had one boyfriend (he wasn't on the "Top Hot" list either, I'll tell ya that much XD), I never wanted to join the cheerleading squad, and I didn't do any outlandish things just to become "popular." In fact, I didn't want to be popular. All I did in high school was talk to my friends about anime and video games and do the homeowrk that I felt like doing, and until they make I high school drama that can be about a kid whose goal in high school was to not be like the rest of the student body, I shall continue to loath The N and Disney Channel Original Movies.

That's what you people need to do, let it go, and stay out of this thread if you don't freakin' like it! I'm sick of hearing you diss it! First off, high school is not that dramatic. Some twisted minds just thought they could make shows and movies about it and overdramatize it and make teenagers look like troubled souls. The stuff I saw in that movie does not happen at my school. In fact, most of the stuff in teenage dramas like HSM never happens at my school. And if it does, it's not that dramatic anyway. It's kinda dull, actually. And I'm freaking tired of hearing about HSM!! my dream was not have a high scool musical 2, and now they have crushed it. my sisters would watch that @#%#$@ movie over and over again. now its going to happen again. my little sisters are even saying there going to make a movie>8O!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO And your dreams are about to be crushed again. A THIRD one is coming out next year.
