It is a different director, btw. as far as i know it is the same one. and if it is the same one than this movie is going to be crappy too. (i hope you're right for movie's sake, and four our eyes sake)

Random Thought: I don't like the new Dumbledore; he doesn't even have a real accent! It's there one second and then it's gone the next! Plus his voice is too loud, it's always booming!!

As it's director is same as the forth films director, this movie is going to suck just as the forth film. The fourth was the best one... I agree with Captain Klepto T.T I miss the old Dumbledoor.....but he died around the time the book where his character died dident he?! Freaky.... Yeah, his voice is just all wrong....

I liked the old Dumbledore too.
I think he died around when the second movie came out.

I think alpaca's right; around the second movie-ish. Dumbledore died in the 6th book, which came out some time after the second movie.. /edit Richard Harris, the original Dumbledore, died in 2002 says Wikipedia.

Yeah, but was the book where he died out by then, that was my question! I know that, because they replaced him in the 3rd movie

Umm... Let's see, book 7 is coming out in 2007 and book 6 came out 2 years before that. So book 6 came out in 2005. Nope, he died three years before book 6 came out, if 2002 was when he died.

No, 2004... I was in Edinburgh when the book came out, I went on a stroll past drunk people making out and passed out stoners on the side of the road at midnight. I also saw all the funky lights on the castle for the party. I was in her home city when book 6 came out. Booshaka. I also remember saying it would stifle my desire for Halo 2.

Yeah, his voice is just all wrong.... Except that he choose to cut parts of the film rather than to make a 2 part movie and screws up most of the important thus little scenes in forth book.
