It has a future for sure.
A future to speculate about at least, because it was pointed out that Aang does indeed love Katara.
Whether it is going to happen or not, I can't say, but it does have a strong future.

Yeah, it does. Like Grandi said he did say he loved her, and he had tried to tell her before.
The only thing I see as a smidge of an issue would be if he has given her up yet as he was starting to go into the Avatar State. I don't know about that though

I say yes. I think the thin relationship bettween Katara and Zuko was broken when Zuko betraied her.

I would imagine it's hard to say that it doesn't have a future. I feel that it's blatantly obvious that it's going to happen eventually, even if it takes years (even if we don't have that long... ). BTW Grandi, your icon is hilarious.

I believe it has a future. I think the show has built Katara and Aang's relationship up from the first episode and now the relationship is strong enough to endure the major conflict introduced in the finale and come out stronger.
