I dont know that that's what has to happen, though. I'd like a potential Kuzon revelation just to be another point that they have in common. I don't think any of us wants to see Zuko go "Oh well, I'm related to his old buddy, that makes us friends." I'd like to see Zuko realize that his heritage is not just that of Fire Lords, but of other people, too - people who might have spoken out against the war or have been on the Avatar's side. Just to show that he has both sides in his past, and that's he not forced into one decision or the other just because of who he is - he can choose because both are in him. Man, I hope that made some sense.

I think the Kuzon thing is Aang's issue, not Zuko's. Maybe it means Aang won't be able to really hate Zuko because Zuko reminds him so much of his old friend. That seems to be the case since Aang waited around for Zuko to wake up, even though Aang's friends were very sick and needed him to bring them those toads. I think if there is anymore Kuzon related stuff, it'll be Aang recalling Kuzon some more.

That would definitely be cool - I'd actually be interested to see at least a minor flashback to their time together, to see a glimpse of a pre-war Fire Nation.

I think that if Kuzon somehow comes back, it won't be a reincarnation thing. I agree with aangryjerk - it'll probably be something going on with Aang. Who knows - maybe in "The Awakening," he'll wake up deluded and think that Zuko is really Kuzon, and that they should try their hardest to rescue him and his uncle? XD

I'd love to learn more about Kuzon. Aang seemed to be quite fond of him, I can't help to wonder what he was really like.
I did have a theory a while ago that I talked to my firends about, and it kinda fizzled after a few weeks. What if Kuzon was Ursa's grandfather? I mean they named Azula after Ozai's father, so why not name Zuko after someone from Ursa's family. I mean take off the "n" and switch the remainder of the letters of Kuzon's name and you get "Zuko". I don't know, it was a thought. Maybe it could explain some of that connection between Aang and Zuko.

But 'Kuzon' is the Fire Nation equivalent of 'John'...even if there is a Kuzon in Zuko's family and he was (sorta) named after him, that doesn't mean it's the same Kuzon...

^^That's very true. Although we have yet to see anyone with the same name on the show, I'm sure they do. Like I said it was a theory, that's all. I just thought it would be kinda cool.

Mike and Bryan's assertion that Kuzon is a common name could just be to throw us off if his name is tossed out there sometime in the future.
