Hmmm... His thoughts intrigue me. I think I'd like to subscribe to his newsletter... *Sigh* I fear that like Jet, this thread is nearing it's demise. Not many more characters left for iTunes to commission. It was a fun while it lasted though ;D

Jet thinks he has girls all figured out, doesn't he?
"Girls are drawn like flies to bad boys they think they can "heal"..."
Curses, he' better than I thought...
But he forgot one thing. Girls can't resist a good sense of humor. Comedy = love. So it's no surprise that the board girls are swarming around Alternatecoppa and his comedic genius.

"Sunday Bloody Sunday," "Another One Bites the Dust," and "Oh l'Amour" were inspired (I was just listening to Erasure this morning, and that song was running in my head, so of course it was really weird to see it pop up for Suki). Toph's and Iroh's were my favorite. ;D *Sigh* I fear that like Jet, this thread is nearing it's demise. Not many more characters left for iTunes to commission. It was a fun while it lasted though ;D Not gonna do one for Ursa then, huh? We don't know much, true, but there may be some situationally funny selections. Willie Nelson's "Mama, Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" comes to mind, as does Sisters of Mercy's "Dominion/Mother Russia" (hee hee, got the whole bear imagery goin' on ;D ) and "Why" by Annie Lennox. ;D Thanks for sharing your funny w/ us.

Shut your FACE Sokka! Or so help me I'll post that other clip of you at the rave! "Sunday Bloody Sunday," "Another One Bites the Dust," and "Oh l'Amour" were inspired (I was just listening to Erasure this morning, and that song was running in my head, so of course it was really weird to see it pop up for Suki). Toph's and Iroh's were my favorite. ;D Thanks! The characters (aka I) have tried to be as diplomatic as possible in song selection, but I have to admit there's a strong influence of my personal favorites in all of them... The one excepection being most of Ty Lee's Yet even if a song title fit a character, it wouldn't be on their list if it wasn't something I felt they'd actually be caught listening to. That's my seal of quality assurance! XD Oh I wouldn't say that! There's a good three or four still left. Then after that, if interest holds, there may one or two final surprises...

The "songs" themselves are indeed on iTunes. (The collected playlists are not Shhh! Don't tell no one... )Oh wow! I never expected to see a playlist quite like this! Man, the Fire Nation uses everything as propaganda!

XD True, I can't see Ursa listening to Willie Nelson ~ I found it funny in light of the classic Giancarlo Volpe spaghetti western, "Zuko Alone." ;D

True, I can't see Ursa listening to Willie Nelson ~ I found it funny in light of the classic Giancarlo Volpe spaghetti western, "Zuko Alone." ;D Actually Blue Chibi, you were startlingly persceptive in deducing Ursa's partiality for Annie Lennox... Hmmm... Maybe you're the mysterious Nick insider who's infiltrated the DH boards XD Or maybe it's just all the palace intrigue that has me feeling paranoid... People, it's important to seek out all these song's lyrics! I think Ursa's trying to tell us something. Could they be clues to what happend all those years ago... and maybe even hints as to her whereabouts? Then again, these songs do come from a tell-all book written by a rather unscrupulous author... Be sure to find David Bowie's 'Underground' wherever you can since it's foolishly not in the iTunes Music Store I swear it really is a Royal conspiracy!

I have the Labyrinth soundtrack ;D but I prefer As the World Falls Down...and though I'm not a Zutarian, it's a great song for them...from Katara's perspective...actually it's a good song for any girl to serenade Zuko with...it's just the moon reference that makes me think of Katara...
There's such a sad love Deep in your eyes, a kind of pale jewel Open and closed within your eyes I'll place the sky within your eyes
There's such a fooled heart Beating so fast in search of new dreams A love that will last within your heart I'll place the moon within your heart
As the pain sweeps through Makes no sense for you Every thrill has gone Wasn't too much fun at all But I'll be there for you As the world falls down
Falling (As the world) Falling down Falling in love
I'll paint you mornings of gold I'll spin you Valentine evenings Though we're strangers till now We're choosing the path between the stars I'll leave my love between the stars
But I digress...these are frikken awesome ;D

Actually nandireya, I love that song too! And I really wanted to use it for Yue, but the durn iTunes store doesn't carry the Labyrinth soundtrack. It doesn't seem to carry half of the soundtracks I know and love...Oh! Wait! I mean er... Interesting that Ursa also picked a song from the soundtrack you mentioned. Quite coincidental I'm sure.
