Alleluia stopped and stared as a girl, dragging a suprised looking Cheong(ok, so when did he *not* have that expression on his face, though?) and an equally suprised Lily, approached her. The girl paused for a moment to ctahc her breath bfore speaking. "We... have a.... perfomrance." Angel Eyes started. She looked toward General iroh, trying to catch his eye. He finally let out a soft "Oh, yes... I remember now. So much excitement has occurred tonight, it slipped my mind." he said followed by a chortle. He turned toward a slightly confused Alleluia and motioned for her to lean in close. She did as asked. "General, I have been meaning to let you know that...." And he whispered whatever it was that he had to say in her ear. After a bout of nodding and "hmmm"s and "Oh"s, followed by a few pointed glances at an increasingly surly Prince Zuko, it seemed Alleluia had been brought up to speed and was aware of the whole situation. She straightened from her stooped position near General Iroh and turned to face the girl and the hippies once again. "Alright, I understand what needs to be done." she told Angel Eyes with a curt nod. "Go ahead and head to the stage. We will be with you momentarily." EDIT: ( Night, Mel. was fun having you. ;D) EDIT 2: (Ok, Music Night is temporarily suspended, until Angel Eyes can get back online finish the closing with me. This is the start of the closing ppl. please no new performances now. thank you very much ;D After the close is done, this thing will be open again for people to post stuff as conversation if they want. about the night and other comments and such. the Music Night event will be done, though. But, please, no more posts of performances.)

Alleluia turned to General Iroh as Angel Eyes dragged the hippies off to the stage. She and Iroh put their heads together (literally) and started whispering to each other. After a moment, they were finished. Exchanging a sly look that only they knew the meaning of, they nodded and turned to face Prince Zuko. By now, the Prince was more than a little wary about whatever was going on. He just knew that it was going to involve something unpleasant for him and the identical, sugary-sweet, smiles on their faces only confirmed his suspicions.
"Your Highness," Alleluia started in her sweetest, most persuasive tone. "Would you mind--"
"No."
Alleluia blinked. "But you haven't even heard--"
"I can guess." Zuko interrupted again. "You want me to either sing or perform. No."
"Oh, come now, Prince Zuko." General Iroh began, deciding to try his hand at persuading him. "It will be fun! And the perfect end to another lovely Music Night!"
"Uncle, I am not going up there."
"But, Prince Zuko..." The General trailed off as Zuko crossed his arms over his chest. Clearly, as far as Zuko was concerned, this topic was closed.
General Iroh turned to meet Alle's eyes. He realized he would have to go to his last resort. He hated to do it, but, really, Zuko had left him no choice. So General Iroh, left with no other option, resorted to the tried and true method that has been used and abused by beloved, old relatives and aging mothers since the beginning of time...
Guilt.
And boy, could Iroh lay it on thick.
"Alright, Prince Zuko." Iroh began in the most pitiful tone he could muster while drooping his head just so. "If that is really the way you feel about it, I accept your decision." Here, Iroh masterfully sagged his shoulders, clearly indicating defeat.
Zuko looked a little taken aback by this sudden agreement, but began to relax his posture all the same.
"But, still..." Iroh began, again. "It would have been such a wonderful thing to do. To go up on stage and perform for a crowd like this..."
Zuko's face softened. "But, Uncle, you can still--"
"No, no!" Iroh cut him off, waving his hand in the air dramatically and turning away . "I would never dream of participating without you, Nephew! It just wouldn't be right."
Iroh turned his head and snuck a look at Zuko out of the corner of his eye. The boy's face and stance had softened and he'd begun to look conflicted. Iroh glanced at Alle, who was holding back a smile and trying to remain serious. She nodded to him imperceptibly.
Time to go in for the kill... she thought.
"Well, General Iroh." Alle said, slight disappointment forced into her voice. She reached over and patted the old man on the shoulder, who sighed dejectedly right on cue. She placed a false, forced smile on her face. "Cheer up! There is always next Music Night!" Behind them, Zuko's resolve was clearly weakening...
"Yes, I suppose..." He made eye contact with Zuko briefly, then turned back to Alle. Time for the clincher...
"Of course," Iroh paused for dramatic effect. And then he drew the most *pitiful* sigh, yet. "I am an old man. You never know how many Music Nights I actually have left..."
"Oh, alright!" Zuko erupted, throwing his arms into the air. "I'll do it, already!!!"
Zuko growled to himself and grit his teeth as he swept past the generals. He huffily headed toward the stage, hands and nostrils leaving trails of smoke in his wake. Iroh turned to Alleluia.
"I have such an understanding and caring nephew." He said to her with a broad smile.
Alle laughed and took the General's offered arm. Together they followed Prince Zuko's lead and headed onstage. Once there, Iroh released her arm and stepped to the center of the floor. He held up his hands for quiet, beaming that smile of his all the while. When the room chatter had died down and the tuning instruments of the hippies had silenced sufficiently, he spoke.
"Hello, everyone. I would like to thank you all for coming tonight. We have one final performance for the night and it is something I think we shall all enjoy." If possible, his smile got even wider. Alle smiled as well, while Zuko stood with his arms crossed again and looked surly. Iroh turned and gestured behind him to where Angel Eyes stood expectantly, beckoning her forward. "To start this finale off, please welcome the lovely Lady Angel Eyes!"
Angel Eyes then stepped forward while General Iroh moved back to his previous place on stage. Alleluia waited for further instruction. It was Angel Eyes' turn to take the lead, now.

I grinned at Alle and Iroh and they both smiled mischeviously. Those two are great...
"All right people! Ready to hear some music?" I yelled, swinging my guitar about.
There were roars from the crowd. Everyone was geared up and ready to go.
"Great! Joining me in this are General Alleluia, General Iroh, Chong and the gang, and of course, Prince Zuko himself! We are all gonna sing the Four Seasons song!"
Wild screams erupted from the crowd while I could hear a very annoyed Zuko yelling at Iroh and Alle.
"Of all the songs in all the four nations, you just had to choose this, didn't you?"
"Yup!" chorused Alle and Iroh. They both grabbed his hand and dragged him to the centre where I was.
"All right! Let's go!" I stared playing on my guitar as Chong also came up beside us, draping a garland over Zuko ("What the hell..."). We all started singing:
Winter, Spring Summer and Fall Winter, Spring Summer and Fall
Four Seasons Four Loves Four Seasons Four Loves
It was a crazy, electrified version of the song. Both Chong and I were spinning around on the floor doing air guitar while General Alleluia, Iroh and a very reluctant (and scowling) Zuko held hands and sang along. The audience joined in too.
"Hey, Zuko, sing louder!" said Chong.
"I think it'd be better if he didn't," chimed Iroh, laughing.
He earned a stormy glare from his nephew.
"Maybe we can get him to play the sungi horn-
"No. No way in hell!"
"Aw, come on!"
While Iroh and Zuko were bickering, we finished the song with a literal bang as suddenly, fireworks filled the sky, each illustrating the Four Nations symbols.
After the cheer had died down, I handed the spotlight over to General Alleluia.
"Thank you all! General Alleluia shall now officially close the ceremony!"

Alleluia stood at the center of the stage and addressed the happy crowd.
"Well, alright then. That is it folks!" she yelled happily. "It has been an amazing time with amazing performances.
"I want to thank everyone who came and participated:(in order of appearance) Gigirl942, Angel Eyes, theweasleyboys, Bard Child, Ad, Ardor, clearsunrise, HisElement, Youkai-Slayer, rocio, Girlunderglass, Anastasia, strangepigtails, mel, Almighty, and Shadow. Let's give them all a round of applause, shall we?" she yelled, gesturing the audience up from their seats. They all clapped and cheered, whooped and hollered, whistled and yelled! It took a good ten minutes for the excitement to die down enough for Alleluia to be heard again.
"Alright! Please exit the amphitheater in an orderly fashion, being sure to pick up all trash and take all your possessions with you. All mounts are housed in the stables near the eastern edge of the grounds. If you require transport back to your place of origin, some will be provided. Just ask one of the stable hands.
"I officially declare Music Night II over! Get home safe and have a great night everyone!"
And with that, Alleluia stepped off stage and made her way to the exit.
Once out in the fresh air, staring at the full moon and shining stars, Alleluia took a deep breath and listened to the sounds of the departing crowd.
That went well. she thought to herself. Very well, actually... Minus that little incident with the party crashers... Her eyes narrowed as she recalled something. Which reminds me...
"Ardor!" Alleluia stomped off toward the stables. She had just remembered that she had some unfinished business regarding a missing pet and a certain Captain of the Blue Spirits.
And so, the Gonj Win Encampment emptied and Music Night II drew to a close. With its entertaining songs and performances, good conversation, exciting events, and new friendships formed; it had truly been a night to remember.

Well wrapped up Alle! I really enjoyed this, being I missed the last Music Night. All the videos and work presented by everyone was nothing short of amazing. I am so honored to be surrounded by so much talent that is right here in DH. A vigorous round of applause for Alle.. Not just because she is a friend, but because as always, her time and devotion consistantly makes for a peaceful and fun time. Without her efforts, what would Music Night be? Thank you Alle.
