That's an old Roleplay character--Aoli. She's an airbender with two extra arrows extending to the mid-cheek (this is an artistic indication of her handling with the Sky Bison. Those who trained themselves with their bison [in my own little world] were given the extra arrows as a signature of respect and power. Usually it was only the "Earth Kingdom" Airbenders who would attain these.)

Ursa x Ozai is my OTP, like forreals. There's just something truly dark and mysterious about it, y'know? Ursa could love Ozai even though he's this evil enitity that treats his children like crap xD
