I am most interested in the female airbender. Mostly cause we've seen pretty much no female airbenders at this point.

I guess they could look the way they do because maybe that was the age they finally brought balance to the world. As for me I'd love to learn more about that Female Airbending Avatar and more of Roku.^_^

Roku really does kick a lot of ---! ;D Too bad we couldn's see more of him. Personally, I think the avatar state is awesome and I love it when Aang begins to literally glow with it.
It would be interesting to have an evil avatar, though (yikes), though I think it likely that the earth spirit chooses the next spirit based on a good personality, as the avatar is supposed to bring peace to the world, not destruction.

Hmm...I wonder if there'll be another eppi discussing the Avatar State/Past Avatars. We could learn some of the names. And Aang's past

Considering that there have been hundreds of Avatars I'd say that the percentage of having at least one Avatar doing something "selfish" is pretty high. I say selfish in that, I can't see an Avatar wanting to dominate the whole world. However, i can see an Avatar wanting something and doing something "wrong" to get it.
Lets take for example the Avatar that tried to kill Koh. Koh by his nature is not evil, he is the personification of 'nothingness'. He has no face of his own so he steals others, and their by probably removing that soul from the cycle of reincarnation. Ie it's a supernatural death. When Koh stole the Avatar's lover/wife/GF etc face, the avatar was angry enough to try and kill and ancient spirit even though he was the spirtual bridge. What does this tell us? The avatar can be ruled by his emotions and lash out in anger.
My story for the Koh/avatar is basicly that Koh was in the physical world at some point stealing faces and the Avatar some how banished him back to the spirit world.
Back to the whole selfish action thing. Avatar Kyoshi was seen as a villian for "killing" Chin the Conquer. While some people probably hailed her as a hero, it was obvious she was seen as a villain as well.
As far as another eps about more avatar past lives, i doubt it unless some avatar has specific knowledge about what is happening with the comet or the eclips.

Ever noticed how in episode 3, in the air temple sanctuary, the statue next to Roku isn't Kyoshi? While in episode 21, the avatar before Roku IS Kyoshi... Detecting some consistency errors here They probably hadn't decided on Kyoshi yet, or designed her originally as a male swordfighter... But then there's still the age problem; in Ep. 3 they say Kyoshi was born 400 years earlier. In Ep. 25 they say it is 370 years since Kyoshi killed Chin the conquerer. And it's 112 years earlier that Roku died. So between Kyoshi turning 30 and Roku dying there's 258 years... I'm not saying it is impossible for them to live that long; King Bumi was about the same age as Aang before he disappeared (being around 112 now too), but 2 avatars in 288 years, that equals an average of 144 years each. Yes, Roku looked old, but not that old...

he actually looks wiser and more powerful with the old look; ya sorta get that vibe after watching lots of kung fu movies with Jackie Chan, or the Karate Kid lol

I also want to learn about the Avatar Waterbender before "Mario". It looked female from the screenshot.
It would be interesting if she was born in the Northern Tribe, and if they would teach a female Avatar and make exceptions for her or if she would be sent to the Southern Tribe.

I guess that during that time, the two tribes were running with the same rules so it will be very interesting! and yes it is a female because she has very long hair, somewhat short, breasts, and a rose tatoo under her ankle. ... when have we seen the Avatar Waterbender before "Mario"
