Lol yes after all these years I’m still getting tattoo’s, I’m at 6 and still going, this is my latest one I got about 3 or 4 months ago. It’s a tribal phoenix Took my tattooist about 2 hours to do, touch up’s took another hour, I was in almost no pain which was a major god send, the design was done by the amazing Saki-BlackWing over at deviantART, you can view the original design here, saki-blackwing.deviantart.com/art/Phoenix-15719035, I had her full permission to do it. It takes up almost all of the top of my lower left arm, the bottom resting just above my wrist, very top tip of it on the bend in my arm. My print I had at the time printed the white parts green, which annoyed me at first but my tattooist loved the effect it had so much he begged me to do the green, it turned out in an amazing way, it really suited it so I’m glad we did end up going with the green. I will have flames going with it at some point, when I have the cash that is. It’s had a nothing but good feedback from people, including a couple of well known New Zealand people and even a couple of WWE wrestlers...hehe.

That's a pretty sweet tattoo. Does it have any symbolism or meaning to you? Either way, that's pretty awesome. xD

I wish I could get full selves but I can't because of the obvious thing that people might not hirer me like that. That would be bad.lol I've been thinking about getting another tattoo its just my skin rejects the ink pretty bad and it also scared up too. how many tattoos do you have? Wow... and it DIDN'T hurt? 0__0 I'm impressed. They usually feel like cat scratches until it numbs out. Its not really that bad. Its more annoying than anything.

@bb: My mom just recently got one, and she left there white as a sheet. She said it was super-painful. I guess it just depends on the person's tolerance for pain. I want one, but I don't know if I could handle the pain.

That's a pretty sweet tattoo. Does it have any symbolism or meaning to you? Either way, that's pretty awesome. xD Thank you very much, it does indeed, I have symbolism to me, I have always loved the mythical fire creatures, my two favs been the dragon and the phoenix, on my right arm I have a dragon with flames going right around my whole lower right arm. I’m gonna have the flames down with the phoenix as soon as I can get the cash for it. Wow... and it DIDN'T hurt? 0__0 I'm impressed. It only hurt a little, more of a tickle then anything...lmao!!! My flames on my right arm drove me nuts, they hurt so badly I was shaking in pain, I even had the tattoo chair shaking, I told my tattooist to keep going because I was determined to get it done, after 3 and a half hours I had to get a taxi home, I could hardly walk. Pain for me just really depends on here I get the tat, my lower right arm is bad, my upper arms are fine, my lower left is fine, on the gut hurt like mad. [That is awesome very nice. I wish I could get full selves but I can't because of the obvious thing that people might not hirer me like that. That would be bad.lol I've been thinking about getting another tattoo its just my skin rejects the ink pretty bad and it also scared up too. how many tattoos do you have? Lol I think of it as if people don’t like my tats it just too bad, they are my thing and I’m not gonna change for them. I had one boss who was really rude to me about my tats, she would grab my right arm and leave bruises on it because she did not like them and thought they should be removed. No one else there complained, people coming into the shop would always give me good comments about my tats Oh dang, is there anything you can take to stop your skin rejecting ink, that’s quite nuts. I have 6 so far, many more to come...hehe

Awesome. Looks pretty cool on it's own, but it'll probably look awesome with flames.
Yeah, I have a tattoo of my own. I don't dare show it around here. It's kinda gory. Not a whole lot, just one thing, but it's enough to keep me from showing it off here. Also, I have no digital camera. I did take a picture of mine with my webcam, though. Anyone interested should go to deviantART and search out SteelSkeleton. That's me.

Lol me and my tattooist are trying to come up with a way to put the flames in there but not take away from the effect that it has now. Oh that’s got me wanting to know what it is...lol, I tried to find you on deviantART but had no luck. I have a kind of gory one, it’s a Saw tattoo, jigsaw piece that looks like it’s been cut out of my side, looks quite wicked, drove my poor tattooist nuts with the way we did it but it’s all good...hehe.

I just don't know how well people would take my tattoo. I can tell you, shortly after the tattoo was finished, like the day after, but before the finishing touches were done, my mom and I went to a place for food, and the waitress, first thing she said was, "Alright, let's see it!" speaking of my tattoo. She really liked it, saying she's somewhat put off by people who only want things like tribal butterflies and what all. She said my tattoo is more her speed. I'm still trying to decide what I want my next tattoo to be. Either a cow skull as my interpretation of the symbol of Taurus, which I am, or something with a dragon. I dunno yet. steelskeleton.deviantart.com/art/My-Tattoo-131038671Fine, can't find me, find my pic. Here's a link.

Oh I love your tat, that’s a really gorgeous design, always love the Goth/darker stuff!!! Always thought of getting a skeleton style grim reaper, just don’t know where to put it...lol. So many people do go for the small tribal stuff, it gets quite boring because you see it everywhere. My phoenix and my dragon are tribal but they are much larger than most ya see around and so different with the way they are done. I love to be different from other people, that’s why most of my tattoo’s I have planed are Egyptian, including a HUGE Anubis design that will take up my whole back, across my shoulder and the back of my neck, I already have an Anubis on my left upper arm, he was my first tat and I have a Sphinx on my upper right, I have soooo many more Egyptian tats to get, I’m running out of room for them all...lmao!!! Oh a cow skull would look very wicked, ya don’t see much of them around as tats!!!

Sure, Anubis and Bast are Egyptian, and Zeus and Athena are Greek, but great Gods are great. But yeah, your HUGE Anubis design, you're going to have to post that one. I'd like to see that one.
