They wouldn't be. The purpose of the board is to enjoy youself with conversational threads, not provide a way to be the top poster.

As for the idea of the "spam" board... I personally like it.

It really would prevent members for just posting to bump their postcount and as result of that stimulate more conversation on certain topics.
